1. I understand that Website Hosting is supplied by WP Engine and their Terms of Service also apply to this agreement.

 2. Service includes quarterly update of plugins and Wordpress database.

3. Service includes daily backups on WPEngine.com.

4. This service does NOT include malware fixes. Tornado Marketing is not responsible for viruses, hacks, malware etc. 

5. This service includes any minor website fixes that take 15 minutes or less per month. 

6. Client owns all content and is SOLELY responsible for obtaining proper copyrights and authorizations for content use.

7. Client is responsible for maintaining their own domain name hosting and any additional software tools / plugs for the website.
